they already said, that it will take 30-45 days, only to say will they repair it, or not. so, i still need a replace =(

I'm curious. What is the specific fault you're seeing and are you confident in the trouble shooting you've done so far or do you think something may have been missed out? (would you like help, essentially)

Specifically, when i pushed power button, it makes "wooow" (coolers makes attemp to start, and nothing more happens).
Power button is not guilty. I've tried start system with screwdriver. Same thing.
So, it makes only two culprits - motherboard and power unit. But i have two working power units, without any difference.
And more - near half-a-year i have a strange problem - when i tried shut down the system, it goes to reboot instead. It appeared after windows reinstallaition, so i does not understand it, till now, and thinking about software problems. But, looks like, i've got some sort of permanent short circuit, if it have any sense) (and yes, i've checked battery. without any luck)
And last check were with old motherboard, borrowed from friend. It worked)
So... if i did any mistake... i even don't know, where)

I instantly went to power unit there mentally too. I think you're solidly right in what you're saying unfortunately as you've ticked all the boxes I would have checked myself.

Sorry that's not much help, but at least you can be certain you're doing the right thing going down the replacement route.
