I have decided to retire Ribcage from being my demonsona.

Ribcage started out as my demonsona, I created them a few years ago, and they have appeared in multiple pieces of art in this account. She's gone through some changes, as one would expect, over the months and had her design updated last year. But soon I noticed something. More and more she drifted away from being my demonsona and just...ah how do I explain it. She didn't really need to be my demonsona anymore, she can stand on her own as her own character.

I'm sure many character designers here can relate. You know when you make a character and you have certain plans for them but that said character decides to go a different direction then what you originally planned? That happens to me a lot. I have many characters that were suppose to lead certain lives, in the end they didn't want the path I made for them and went on a different one.

Anyway. Back to Ribcage, she has moved onto a different path and no longer wants to fill the role of being my demonsona. Now that doesn't mean I'm not going to draw her anymore, she will still be a active character on this account. This just means I will be creating a new character to take on being my demonsona. I already know what character I want to create I just have to get around to drawing it lol Soooo eventually I will post my new demonsona and hopefully make some art pieces with them.
