I was NOT aware that when you disable comments you have to wait 24 hours to turn them on.

So while the auction says it starts at 12am EST, the comments will NOT be enabled till 8pmEST the following day.
I apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.

If you would like to be notified of when the auction is officially open, just leave a comment on this journal saying 'please?' and I will send you a note letting you know the auction is open, that way you can hopefully get the Dutchie you desire.
