Sooooo my cintiq had to go in for repairs. I got it back and we are now selling it to go toward a better one that can handle a stronger work load that my generous father is getting me for my birthday, which is April 30th. Without my art tools I basically have no way of surviving.

Please bear with me as I push through to catch up on old work and get through some new work. Hopefully I’ll be able to get into a rhythm and take on more commissions.

Now the badish news:
My fiancé over a month ago got laid off. His location shut down and he has been trying hard to find new employment. He was supposed to be carrying us for a few months so I could focus and finish up my animation class and also catch up on commissions and business. Instead I have had to scramble to try and help out before I was ready. I wound up taking on too much at once and went back to my part time job on top of everything else prematurely. I’m not sure why or what I did or how it happened but I got fired and now neither of us have a fallback. I will NEED to push through somehow catch up on everything but also take on more work to survive. When I open for commissions know that every dollar you guys support my work with is helping us to pay bills and keep me able to do art at all. I am so grateful for all of my patrons and I am sorry things have been slow. I am trying to work hard but also facing burnout so I am trying to balance. I wanted to type this on a computer but of course it’s being wonky and needing updates as well so I have to muddle through typing this on my crappy outdated phone. I know things will get better! Please be patient and bear with me and as always please support my work! It’s what I love and all I know to do.
