So I opened an isolated batch of comis too test the waters and nail down a format that works for me. So far it’s going great! And I believe I’ll open again publicly after these are done :3. If anyone has helpful advice on how to go about taking and communicating comissions feel free too drop a comment. It can be anything from common practices, to what you feel should be offered and expected. Thanks for your time reading this! And I look forward to working for you Guys! Take care, and be well ❤️

The first is a clear format in which commission requests should be submitted. Some artists just include a template for commissioners to put in whatever information is needed, some use Google docs for commissioners to fill out and submit. Which you use isn't important, so long as you can gather all the information you need without confusion.
The second thing you'll probably want to work on is a Terms of Service, if you don't have one already. Just peek at what other artists have in theirs, and adapt your own to fit your needs.
One last suggestion is just to be sure you have a good means of keeping all the information organized. Hopefully some of this helps ^^
