My New Patreon, Furry Guardians and The House of Lazarus
6 years ago
Well, I have some big news to announce. I now have a Patreon! Plus some news about the future of some of a few of my old comics projects.
It can be found here: https://www.patreon.com/cyberklaw
The purpose of my Patreon is two-fold. For one, it’s going to give people another way to support me and my work if they want to, and in return will get early access to stuff before it’s posted here. The first two tiers are for intended for this purpose, one for writing and art, and the other for comics pages.
The other reason for my Patreon is to provide a new home for my two old previously published comic series, the non-adult superhero series ‘Furry Guardians’ and the adult and kinky series ‘The House of Lazarus’. Yes, after much consideration and many questions from people over the years, I have finally decided what to do with them.
The plan is that the two series will be Patreon exclusives with the third tier. They will not be posted anywhere else. My intention is to redrawn the existing issues and post the new pages there as I produce them. I will also be gradually posting the original pages there as a bonus. And once I have redrawn the issues, I will be moving on to producing new ones.
So, I hope some of you will be interested in signing up to my Patreon. At the time of this writing, I’ve only posted one thing there so far, the new chapter of ‘That Day’, but I am aiming to add more stuff later tonight or tomorrow as I can.
Thank you in advance for any and all support. It is all appreciated.

Much as I love HOL [+ Butler is sex on legs] The "Conner gets knocked out" got a bit over used a bit as a scene transition IMO
[I have the original 3 comics, Paper copies]
The main reason for redrawing is for the sake of consistency when I get to making new issues. My art has improved a lot since I last worked on these series, and the art would look pretty different between the old and the new if I didn't redo the old issues, and I know that would just bug the hell out of me.
I'm sorry that you're not going to be able to own a paper copy of the 4th issue, when I get to it.
Just bugged me most scene transitions it was "Conner gets knocked out/wakes up" just felt that was over used a tiny bit, twice in 1st issue, 4x in 2nd and 3x in the 3rd, think I'd have redone the chloroform and Lazerus punches him out bits in the 2nd issue to "Dragged away [By Butler ?]" or "Hypnotic command" or something to tone down the knocked out theme as it feels a bit over used to me at that point [No dis I love it, always wished you did Butler/Eddie/Dexter 'Origin' Stories too]
As long as you're working and you're happy with your work, I'm all for it.
But thank you for your support.
Theoretically, they can be reprinted through another publisher. But I have so much on my plate at the moment, especially with redrawing the old comics, that I'm not really able to track down and work out a deal with a new publisher right now, and that's assuming I were able to find one willing to publish my comics, which seems far from definite.
