Graduating. Yaaaay!
So I've been posting a few wips. Deleted a few though as I actually am painfully shy about showing my roughs and think that it annoys people when I show them. Sadly, I've had like zero time. This has been the final stretch of school coupled with teaching full time and it's just been non-stop. No complaints, I love what I do, but it's time for grad school to be over with and me to move on with my damn life.
So We're finally there. On Wednesday I get my wish. May 1st is my last class. My teaching portfolio goes in for review, and I stress over it for the next few days til the grad ceremony on the 11th and then I'm done and I officially have my Master in Teaching with a specialty in ESOL. I am also in the recommended pool for DCPS so yay! Things are going well-ish. Hard work and perseverance pays off. So does drinking a fuck-ton of caffeine LOL*facedesk*
So yeah, basically, I know I have started stuff and then vanished. I have made a lot of bs, meaningless crap and posted it because I liked it but couldn't finish it. Things are going to normalize though and I can get back into my art groove. Have a new story and a couple pages and a cover in the works to be released soon, and more stuff on the backburner to be taken and finished when I finally have a minute to breath.
Bottom line, if it seems like I am not pooring my entire waking moment into producing work for you guys, it's because I haven't. A lot of people give up drawing while they are in school, but for me, my characters...I need my characters. They are like old friends so even when I have no time I visit them by drawing them or working out their stories. I took my last couple pieces down because no one seemed interested. Hell, one of em was blatant adult work and still no bites LOL. So I'm reading the room and getting the sense that that isn't what you guys wanna see from me, but don't worry, I will be back to posting real content very soon.
Cheers. and...Wish me luck. I am so stressed right now that I honestly don't know how I'm still swimming. *Facedesk*

ESOL, I think they used to call that ESL back the day, English as a Second Language.
