Kindness. Sometimes it can be just taking a moment to say something nice to someone--whether it's to compliment their hair or their clothing style--can make a difference if someone is having a bad day. So spread more kind words, make someone's day a little brighter~ Hey guys!
Sorry that I keep going quiet, I've been busy with a lot of craziness. Between job hunting and in real life obligations and major projects that had to be submitted at a certain time, it just required a lot of my attention, time, and energy. As such, for the most part my energy had been whittled down to only being able to do personal writing projects and the occasional random bit of drawing. It's just been hard to really sit down and focus on stuff for others, and for a little while my sleep schedule grew out of whack and affected my eating schedule as well.
But now I'm doing much better! I've been taking melatonin to help get me back on a proper sleep schedule, I've gotten more time and energy in the day to do stuff, and I've been eating much better! Allergy season of course wants to keep kicking my butt, though it's getting better! XD
I'm working my way through getting stuff done and working on art, but I know it's been a while since I last updated here and I just wanted to let everyone know that I'm doing okay! UvU

You can actually find them at Wal-Mart! I recommend trying the 5 mg for starters (they also have it in gummy form!), though 10 mg is the maximum so if you're having a royally hard time sleeping then maybe the 10 mg will be best. 03o If there's an open pharmacy at your local Wal-Mart, talk to them and see what they recommend!
I had to take it around 9:00-9:30 in order to feel sleepy an hour or so later, so you may have to figure out what works best for your body's needs. The first time I tried it was really weird, like my head was stuffed with cotton and like I had a headache when I didn't, though afterwards it was just the normal sleepiness sensation. XD The nice thing about it is that I haven't needed to take it for a little bit because it served its purpose in getting me on a good sleep schedule! It might be different for you, but it definitely worked for me! UvU
I went out and bought the 5mg and they really do work. The ones I bought I got from Walgreens. I take two to get the maximum effect but maybe getting the ten mg wouldn’t be such a bad idea. I used to take Unisom but that just made me drowzy. It doesn’t make me drowzy or give me headaches, the melatonin I mean, it just sends me off to slumber land right away. I cannot thank you enough for bringing it up because I wasn’t getting enough sleep and I bought some of the serotonin too to help with mood stabilizing. You know, happy pills. Though think I’m gonna need something a bit stronger for that with all the awful people doing awful things in the world and getting away with it all the time and never getting punished for it.
That's wonderful to hear that it helped you! ;;o;; It might have, but it was a good idea to try the 5mg first to see what works best for you! One melatonin was enough to knock me out. XD Still, it's good to hear that it's helped you out in a way that was much nicer on your body, and I'm glad I could help that way. ;;v;; True, but the most important thing (and person) to worry about is taking care of yourself! A healthy body is a happy body~
I've actually started going to the gym, and it's been quite nice and I feel good when I'm done with my workout, even if it's a light one. UvU
