The Gift: Alternate Storyline (Short)

For those of you following "The Gift", I have a very short story planned as part of one of my weekly writing prompts.
What if Stephanie's brother Billy hadn't died in the river? What if it was HE and not Stephanie who gained "The Sight"?
In about 1000 words I'll be presenting that take on things as Billy survives his fall in the river and gains a Spirit entourage-- Kyle, Talapus, Mishupishu, and Medved KON.
If this short makes a successful showing and gains enough traction I may consider making it a short series.
