so im planning on getting a tablet

so... ive started drawing again and now im going to buy a tablet. the one i want is the wacom Cintiq but since i dont have $1000 for a tablet im planning on getting the wacom bamboo fun small. which comes bundled with Adobe Photoshop Elements 6.0 Win/6.0 Mac

which all together would cost around $200 but the tablet bundled with the software only costs $100 which i think is an amazing deal. so once my check gets put in the bank i will be ordering my tablet and then i will start drawing again :3 .
