The Lore story: Angels and their orders

Look at this art: https://www.deviantart.com/battlest.....lers-718406741 I got ideas by this art. I remembered about my angels and I though abut that interesting idea. But before I want to talk about story.
1. Nobody know who created angels, but presumably it was a nameless goddess, or Izanami. If Izanami, then I can say so. She created them for the "Absolute Order", but since the angels understood that this could not lead to freedom, they refused to obey her and went on a journey into void. Thousands of years later, God meets them. It was Neocron. Neocron is the one who created the chromians. He was able to find a common language with them, and so he was able to create the "Pantheon of Angels" for them. And since Neocron was busy with his own affairs, watching his developments, the angels thought about their leader. Thus was created from the collective unconscious - Supreme Seraph - Angelos. ater a physical body was created for him.
2. There is a stereotype that only chromians can become angels, but no. Since Neocron tamed them, chromian angels appeared more often than other races. On the angel itself can be anyone, regardless of race and their origin. Even demons can become angels, as paradoxical as it sounds. So how to become?
