So, for anyone interested, firstly, it'll be in Terrace, which is the room across the hall from Colonial, where we were the last 2 years. Terrace is similarly sized, but more square, which should prevent bottlenecking.
Secondly, It'll be on Sunday at 15:00 until 17:00
15:00 - 15:30: Meet/Greet. Sit, talk. Say who we are, talk and actually interact with other people!
15:30ish - 16:00: vidya games, photos and general chilling
16:30 - STOMP TIME! - Or more chilling if that's your preference.
Then: chill, mingle, chat etc…
17:00: Event finishes. Outgrow room.
17:05 What are you still doing here? It's over, go back to the rest of the con (don't go home, not until Tues/Wed)
This is more of an outline/guide for what I intend. It's not set in stone (I looked into it, it's a lot of work). I just thought I'd try out this 'having a plan' malarkey.

Also, even though it looked like we weren't going to be able to pull off a lot of the usual activities for various reasons, we will have at least some cardboard buildings and some balsa houses, though not as many as last year sorry. PS2 Rampage/Godzilla gaming will be making a comeback, two RC tanks as well as King of New York, King of Tokyo and Terror in Meeple City!
A lot of this was only sorted out last minute (some of it literally today), so apologies for not letting you know sooner.
