oK, I have restarted the server and it will remain up for an undesignated amount of time. Please feel free to join and scribble something. even if you just pop in and sign your name, showing support for this idea. get your friends in on it too!!!
at the moment the biggest problem i've noticed is the event data takes a long time to load, expecially on slower machines. This just means that the OC event data will have to be reset periodically. i will request this as a feature in a future release of OC server, to clear event data remotely. i will NOT close the server while someone is drawing though, so have no fear. ^^;

Keeping it brief. for the next 7 or so hours (subject to change but whenever oc server is open i will have these IP's current) i am going to be running an OC server. the IP is scrolling. So it changes each time i boot the comptuer. however the current server ip is: 59.167.55.45
please feel free the join. this is a test run. Please give me feedback!!!
current layout is 2 useable layers. now the OC will behave differently then usual. this is due to a new mod released by: http://www.furaffinity.net/user/brokenwing
becasue i will be a dedicated server running this mod, the layers will be shared. this means you can deleate other peoples work so be weary.
the OC can support up to 24 people. at once.
the chat window will be clear. but oyu need to use this chat window like a console
If you type /who in the chat window it will display a list of all current users logged in.
any other commands can be seen by trying /help
again my IP is: 59.167.55.45
Please help me test this if you are able too. i will be doing a few of these voer the weekend, i will update my journals whenever i start a new server.
Note: the OC event data will load to your machine. this is make you able to see anyhitng thats already been drawen by other users priour to your joining!!!
