[The scene opens to a cavernous interior. Torches illuminate the rough walls. In the depths of the shadows, a figure looms.]

"The time has come." It extends a clawed hand into the light, and opens it. "Time to find the most worthy of shinies."

A figure steps forward into a torchlight. He is a swarthy goat, his snow-white fur accented with purple swiirling across his torso.

"My lord," the figure says, "Allow me to assist you in the endevour."

"How so?"

"Humans are greedy people, always wanting to accumulate the most shinies in the lifetime, and they also use them freely like water. I will find ways to have people part with their shinies, so we can please our great master. In fact, I have an agent already at work. I am sure they will be most successful."

"So be it," the figure said after a moment. "You will keep me informed?"

The goat bowed, grinning at the shadowy figure. "Of course, lord."


Meanwhile...

"Okay, how is FA holding up?"
"Doing fine, sir. Shinies accumulating nicely."
"Good, good. Keep up the work."
"Thank you, sir."
