I am sorry to hear about the crud your going through, its not easy seeing a family member you love and care for go to hospital so many times in one year, I've sadly been there and also too felt anxiety/depression over it so I can't help but feel saddened to hear someone else is going through it.

As for your character being 1 dimensional, I think she does have a personality but I do think I only see that whenever we talk more so then in the art you post, so if your really concerned about it then mayhaps you should look into different scenarios you could have your character in that is not necessarily naughty/teasy but showcases how she reacts to different situations and all. However I do stand by that I don't see her as a sex object but rather as someone who is cute and is comfortable with the body she has and appreciates the honesty of others that too like how she looks overall, if that makes any sense n_n;.
