Ghidorah noses at some human bodies, and it seems as though he may snap them up, but it is more of a nibble.

A fighter pilot ejects while being pursued by Rodan and is eaten ejection seat and all. Rodah very deliberately opens its mouth the second the man ejects. Whether or not the man is swallowed alive, he is definitely swallowed.

In the climactic battle Godzilla, having achieved Super Saiyan 2 (not even kidding, he needs three forms to beat Ghidorah) blasts off two of Ghidora's heads. When the smoke clears you see Ghidorah's third head, but it is not attached to his body. Instead the head and neck, still alive, are swallowed whole by Godzilla, who fires off his atomic breath as Ghidorah's head slides into his mouth. This blows the head apart, but afterward there is a brief burst of flame a lot like a burp - breath or not, he swallowed a good chunk of dragon neck. This is a pretty spectacular scene clearly meant to surpass the "breathe into mouth" attack in Godzilla 2014. My only complaint is using the breath instead of just swallowing the still living head. 83

There are also some bits where it seems Mothra (in caterpillar form) might eat some people, but she webs them instead. It also seems at one point that Ghidorah may snap up and eat an SUV, but this does not happen.
