There is also using the environment. Forest dwelling monster girl could pin a guy against a tree or vice verse. Something that hangs around in lava? Have the guy terrified he's going to fall in and her taking advantage of it. Or with any substance that she is immune to, he could be plowing her into it and she could be half drowning and loving it, like shoving a hellhound partially into the lava.

That's a lot harder without being more specific. Maybe having them cuddle with one reading to the other. They could share grooming or maybe one has a hard time clothing themselves like a centaur. Having a picnic together, stargazing, frolicking in a field. Maybe sitting down to eat that makes sense for one and not the other. So a minotaur lady trying to get comfortable at a human cafe or a guy trying to get comfortable standing to eat amongst 4 legged people. Maybe one is gifting a present to the other. Heck, maybe even marriage proposals. Have one introduce their partner to their people. Whether it's in front of a town or just meeting the parents. It could be awkward or pleasantly heartwarming.
