That is part of their Terms of Service. I was super excited about this site, but then I saw this and absolutely refuse to ever post there :(

Yeah, I may make an account just to lock in a name early, but no uploading for now. I don't even want to commission someone if they plan to post it there because then the art of my personal 'sona is technically their property too.

FYI, they have amended this rule after I posted in their discord, it now reads:

These permissions do not transfer the rights of your User Content or allow us to create any deviations of that content outside of the aforementioned purposes. You further grant FurryLife Online the right, but not the obligation, to pursue at law any person or entity that violates your or Furry Life Online's rights in the User Content by a breach of these Terms of Service.

FA has the exact same rule too. As does DA and FB and Tumblr and Twitter.

I had looked into this myself after those comments and realized that, yeah, its pretty typical, even if it sounds scary in the legalese. I am looking forward to seeing how this site continues to grow and I will be using it.
