Well...I would consider going, but there are four issues that prevent me from doing so.

1. I work nights...which means while everyone else is out and about I'm usually going "ZZZ"
2. I have no car/license...at least not yet
3. I have no suit...and I do not intend on getting one, at least not for a while.
4. My mother has been in and out of the hospital for the last 5 months and my priorities are to go see her whenever I'm able to.

Again, if I could go, I probably would get out for a while and go there...but I simply cannot do it...at least not right now.

Ugh, working nights is the bane of us all... sorry about that.

And yeah, that's definitely a problem unless you could find someoen to give you a lift.

I doubt ANYONE is going to bring a suit. XD That's not a factor!

And tell her that we all wish her to get better soon.

Well...actually, I prefer to work nights, since I've been a night owl ever since college. I am also working towards getting the license, but until I get one my transportation options are rather limited. I didn't really think the suit issue was a factor, but I wasn't sure. Finally, thank you for your kindness, I am hoping that my mother does get well, she's not even 50 years old yet...it's far too soon for her to go.

I'll try to make it, since I have no other plans at this moment. I may even bring a swimsuit but I'm not sure how likely I am to swim.

Also, if you move your meets to Saturday, make sure they don't conflict with the other standing Perkins meets (this weekend and every other). Else, you'll lose a lot of potental attendees and may alienate others.

Gah, counterproductiveness fail!! ...yeah, I can't move them. I thought the Perkins meets WERE on Fridays, which was why I wanted to move them to Saturdays...
