Non-Stream Commission Raffle

So I've been asked for a while to do some commissions outside of streams, so let's do it and setup some rules.
I will be accepting submissions for the raffle today starting 1pm PDT

Commission Guidelines:
-This is my commission price sheet it should get you most of the way there price wise.

-I will not draw the following: Hard Vore, Cub, Oviposition, Gore, Watersports, or Insects.
-The following will often cost more due to the complexity: Soft Vore, Extreme Hyper or Muscle, Multilimb, Extreme Perspectives, Full body Hirsuite, or high detailed clothing or fur patterns.
-The discount for smaller characters basically means the character should be lithe not really muscled at all and usually half the size of the other character.
-The Crossovers discount is 10% off if you use one of my characters in your commission look here for characters http://www.furaffinity.net/view/31903116/
-If you win I will send you a note or PM with the price estimate, you can accept it or change your commission.
-In the sketch phase you get one round of revisions after that it will cost more. (Be specific and always show me refs if you can't describe it)

Guidelines for the Raffle:
-Submissions will be accepted starting today at 1pm PDT.
-You will need to fill out a Gform. The form will need your paypal address, FA or Twitter account, and your commission info.
-Submissions will no longer be accepted after June 26th at Midnight.
-I will review all of the submissions any that didn't fill the form out completely or incorrectly will be tossed out.
-I reserve the right to decline or cancel any submissions for any reason.
