BUNNII.X'S T.O.S (Last updated 12/2/23)
- Any adopt claimed MUST be paid for within 24hrs, unless an exception can be made. You MUST message me to let me know.
-If complications arise, and no attempt to resolve is made, designs will revert back to me. (Refunds will be made on case by case basis)
-Refunds will ONLY be made if there is an exception, and exceptions are to be made/determined by myself
- Mystery adopts are exactly that, mystery. You will not be offered a refund if you don't like the mystery outcome given.
-If a payment is not made, or a charge back occurs, all rights to that character revert back to me.
-If a payment is pending, I will not start on the adopt/I withhold rights to the character until payment has cleared.
- When paying via PayPal, you MUST choose "no shipping needed" or I will refund your payment, where you may try again.
- You may only sell a character bought from me for as much as you paid. The only exception is if you have added value to said character in art/literature.
-You MUST credit me (link to my page or toyhouse) for the design the first time it is posted
*You may credit designs to me on toyhouse under bunnii-x*
My current TAT for EVERYTHING is 3 weeks from purchase date. It may not take that long, but unless otherwise communicated, expect the 3 week TAT.
