So, as the title says, these are EMERGENCY Commissions. After going grocery shopping and tallying up all the bills I've discovered I don't have enough to cover all my bills. I need some extra cash or we'll be without either phone or internet. Not to mention I'll end up having to pay a reconnection fee to get the service turned back on when I pay off the bill. ANYWAY! These commission will be a single chibi character of your choice, fully digitally colored on a transparent background.
