Sometimes I wish I got applause at my job. (I work at McDonald's,)

Tell me which one and I'll go applaud you XP

Whenever I can, I remind employees at mcdonald's I'll make their life as easy as possible so they don't feel pressured or rushed and I like leaving good feedback. I was an employee once, not an easy job.

If it makes you feel better, I do have people tell me I do a good job, but it's always staff, and never customers.

Well, I like to remind mcdonald's employees not to worry about stuff

I actually got a pretty good joke I have to use next time XD. They have installed the screens to make your own order at my closest mcdonald's. Next time an employee comes to me to ask if I need help I'll just try to make them laugh

"Do you need any help, sir?"
"Oh no, it's fine, I got this" then proceed to yell at the machine "I said, LARGE FRIES you damn robot!"

Sure, people will look at me weird but here's hoping I make them laugh XD

Fingers crossed. The store I work at still has people making the orders. And I'd rather have people do it than a robot, but that's just me.

I mean, each one has advantages and disadvantages. My dad always told me "No matter what your job is, even if it's just cleaning the street, DO IT WELL"

Which is exactly what I intend to do each day.
