As I started to take commissions here are my Term of Service:
General
-1) I will do nsfw pieces only for 18+
1.1) If I have a doubt about your age I wil ask for your ID, refusing to do so will make me decline your nsfw commission
-2) Only SFW pieces for minors and not below 15yrs of age
-3) I own the right to use a commission piece for self advertisement, portfolio etc.. I can and will post it on my other socials, if you don't want it posted please let me know in advance
-3.1) I will post wips on my channels
-3.2) You are allowed to post my commission for you on your social only with my watermark in it and with credits
-4) Private commissions are available
-5)I have all the right to decline a commission from you, if i don't want to work for you or if you ask something I am not confortable with
Drawing Process
-6) I need a description or visual reference to work way faster on your commission
-6.1) artistic liberty require way more time (2 weeks more than usual)
-7) you are allowed only 3 free changes on the sketch
-7.1) after the third change I require from 5 to 20% added price to the final price we agreed about
-8) Once you confirmed a sketch it cannot be changed
-9) your commission can take up to 2 weeks after I start to work on them
-10) I will provide you with frequent WIPs, I prefer sending WIP via telegram but I will also use my scraps gallery
-10.1) If you don't want WIPs please tell me in advance
-10.2) PLEASE do not write to me everyday to know about your commission, I will send you wips when i have them
Payment
-11) prices are in € only, I can easily conver prices for you
-12) Paypal or pay.me link
-12.1)PostePay available for Italian clients only
-13)payment has to be made upfront if the price if lower than 100€, after i have contacted you about your slot
-13.1) I will contact you and send you an invoice, you'll have 48hr to pay for it
-13.2) not paying for it will have you removed from the list
-14)I can offer payment plans after 500€ price
Refunds
-15) I will no provide any refund if you want to cancel your commission
-15.1) refund available only if i cannot work on your commission
