Greetings everyone!
Well, it's almost been 4 years since we started the this new TA group, and since then we have approved 421 artists to wear our badge, and we have 2195 watchers. What an achievement!
None of this could be possible without each and every one of you and your support for your artists, and your support for what TA stands for.
We now ask that you take a few minuties of your time to give valued feedback on Trusted-Artists. We want honest feedback - positive or negitive (but please be respectful). Maybe you have ideas/suggestions that could help improve the group!
Feeback is valuable, and we look forward to hearing back from our supporters and artists!

To me it seems some artists get submissions more than others? If that’s true making it more even would be good. If I’m mistaken my bad!
The other thing would be that the weekly artist doesn’t ever seem to be given to some artists, do the ones that already got a chance get removed from the list so others can have a chance? And is there some way to make sure people who have been part of the group for ages have a chance despite new members?

We only post art that is in our recent submissions notifications. We try to ensure that all artists get featured, however this also depends on how often an artist uploads.
We check to see if an artist is featured on the first page of our gallery, and if they are then their art is not to be uploaded. However I have noticed this has happened a few times and will be discussing this with my moderators. Sometimes things slip through.
It also depends on how often an artist submits their art. Some submit more frequently than others, and so therefore it may feel like those artists are featured more. Only half of our approved artists have given permission for us to upload their work, and half of those don't submit art as often.
That being said, we will take your feedback seriously and look into this to see if there is a better system we use.
In regards to the 'Artist of the Week', yes all artists that have already been featured are listed on our files so we know who has already had a feature. We should be looking for all artist (recent or not) that have not yet been featured. If you know of any artists who have been hear for a while and not yet had a chance, please send us a note with names and we will look into it.

Thank you for your feedback. To make it easier for us both, I will reply in the order you have listed so that you know what I am replying to.
1. Not sure if you are referring to art being submitted or not (although I assume so), if this is the case, please see my response to Moonmayne above you and hopefully this will clear some of it up for you. We will look into this matter to see how to improve it.
2. Our record keeping is actually working well. Most of it is behind the scenes so the public don't have access to it. I have just done a throughout search of our flies and notes going back over the 4 years and we have not had a single submission with your name. Any recommendations that are not approved we send a note to the person who sumitted the form. I don't doubt that you have been told by many that they have recommended you, however we did not receive these recommendations.
3. We have never ignored anyone with an inquirie.
4. Please do not accuse us of stealing any ideas from anyone for any reason. Firstly, this is not our 1st feedback journal. In fact it is the 4th! Secondly, we have not heard of or visited your partners page ever until now as you linked us to it. Furthermore we have had no messages from your partner. We don't mind feedback, but don't come at us with guns blazing if you don't know for 100% the facts.
To summerise as you have done...
We do our best to provide equal opportunity for all artists on our list. We allow those who meet the requirements - which is the whole point of the group. As far as only featurning certain artists, well I believe I have already addressed this and it will be looked into, as this is not intentional. Again I refer you to my reply to the user above.
Once again, we DO NOT steal ideas, and we ALWAYS respond to those who contact us.
We have no intention of removing your comment, as nothing you have stated is true. If you would like to protect your integrity the best way to do this would be to prove your claimes with evidence.

As I mentioned we have done many feedback journals, this is not the first. You keep mentioning that a link was sent, but no link was sent to us aside from what you sent in your previous comment.

As far as feedback I agree that it seems the same few artists get promoted/featured/art submitted over and over again, maybe have a journal or something explaining how things are chosen? (Besides just randomly, maybe implement a system?)

One note of complaint:
Some of your featured sales/YCH's etc are either out of date or you don't feature the artists sales at all despite the artists posting them.
I fully understand here too that... following over 400 artists means tons of submissions that might get lost.

Firstly, thank you for your kind words we certainly do our best and we love seeing your work!
In regards to our sales journal - I find it strange that some are out of date, as these are checked and updated daily. When you say 'out of date' can you explain how they are out of date? (eg. has the sale closed? Has it been deleted? etc).
Each sales item that is currently on the journal is checked individually to see if the artist has closed the sale, deleted the sale or if it has passed the 5 days being featured.
We try to feature as many as we can, however sometimes the journal can become a bit too long which then increases the labour for our team to check and update (each day is done by just one person at a time as we take turns). If an artist is already exisisting on the journal we try to add any new sales, but even then we don't always. Especially if they have a ton.

As many above me, I've been a trusted artist since the beginning. I have times where I upload a lot of art and times where I don't upload that much at all, but always seem to miss out on the moments where mods look to repost. (I've figured that, if I send a note, requesting a repost that'd work, and it did, thank you!)
Sadly, I do not have a sollution, but maybe the re-uploading system does need some work to make it somewhat fair to artists who don't upload everyday. :)
Keep it up! I love the concept of this page, and am truely honored to be a part of it!
(Also, tip for the artists out there, make a feedback form! Here's mine as an example! It's both helpful for future customeres, and to improve yourself!)
