Hey guys. I think I need to write all this right now, because I feel a constant load.
I want to apologize for slowly working now. It is connected with my psychological and physical condition.
I have serious problems with the thyroid gland.
I visit a lot of doctors and try to find a treatment.
My condition is like this:
I can not sleep, I have intermittent sleep
When i wake up i feel depressed and sluggish
I constantly cry
I can not concentrate on any occupation for a long time.
I work according to my capabilities and time.
Today, after 3 hours, I will go to the doctor again.
Medicine in my country is something like "You are not yet at a critical stage, well, why have you come here and whine?"
Ehh many words.
Forgive whom I owe art, I try to work and give it as soon as I can!

I do not know anything in regards to thyroid, But I can suggest for psychological, meditating, pampering yourself, going some place in nature by yourself, de-stressing, getting some crystals you like the look of, doing something new and spontaneous (after having some coffee if you can drink it)
I don’t know if you have tried any of this but I do know relieving stress takes a bit of the burden of everything else and makes it easier
It is also ok if all you want to do is hang out in bed and watch YouTube for a few days, sometimes our bodies need the alone time and rest to recalibrate

I also make 3D modeling, it helps me to relax
