By commissioning me you agree to both Terms of Service


REQUIREMENTS

· You must be at least 16+ for SFW art 18+ for NSFW.
· The PayPal account used must be yours
· All payment is to be made in $ USD.
· Flat color reference is required unless pre-approved _{(MS Paint/traditional scribbles acceptable)}
· If you want a very specific pose, please give a reference photo.


GENERAL

---

· I have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
· I may cancel a commission at any time for any reason, Refund will be issued.
· I work Monday - Friday. Personal/Trade may still be worked on at this time
· Commission times may vary based on workload, offline plans or my health
· I reserve the right to change my prices. Work already accepted will not be affected.
· I will not mimic someone else's style


PAYMENT

· I don't do discounts unless posted in a journal / twitter post
· Prices are posted but your price may vary due to the complexity of the commission
· I will send an Invoice for accepted commissions.
· Do not send payment unless I have explicitly asked you to do so.
· Payment will be accepted after a sketch is offered and approved.
· Amounts over $300 can be on a payment plan with an additional fee
· Must be marked as 'no shipping needed' as digital art will not be shipped in a physical form unless agreed upon.
· Paypal.me is also accepted. Must be pre-approved. Ask for other methods

· If the above is ignored and money is sent, a refund will be issued. I am not responsible for any fees that may occur.

Commission inquiries may be done through Discord, Twitter DMs or Email.
After an Invoice is sent, all contact will be done through e-mail

Username-Commission Type (I.E Full body Sketch) & Date of Commission

RIGHTS and PERMISSIONS

· I retain full rights to all works made _{(Copying, editing, printing, reposting and selling)}
· You retain the rights to your characters
· with permission you may make minor edits to the work
· under no circumstance will my watermark be removed
· You may make prints for personal use but not for resale or commercial use
· You cannot claim the artwork as yours.
· You can re-upload your commission wherever you want with credit and a link back
· Before payment you may request the piece remain private, but this will raise the price
· You will be contacted beforehand if by chance I wish to print and sell your piece


REFUNDS

· Refunds may take up to a month to be processed.
· You can cancel the commission before the payment has been made.
· A refund will be issued based on how much work has been done
example: Commissioner pays for Full shaded Full body Dual character Image
Sketch submitted to Customer for approval of Single character, before moving to the second character
Customer Requests cancellation, and refund.
Customer refunded after subtracting the cost of a single character sketch commission.
