G-mail issues??

Is anybody having issues with gmail? As in, some emails not being received, AT all? Not even being sent to junk?
I use jotform for my commission forms, and when someone submits it always sends a copy to me and a copy to the commissioner. I even have a folder that commission forms automatically go into, but today, for the first time ever, someone submitted a form and thankfully the PDF version of it showed up on jotform for me, but I did not get an email AT all.
A couple weeks ago my co-worker at a part time day job was also having issues when a client called him about an email that he HAD sent, but it didn't show up in their inbox whatsoever.
Is it gmail?? Or jotform perhaps?? I feel like it's gmail cause I was also trying to access an old instagram account the other day and I tried to get them to send an email with a link to get back in, but the emails never showed up.

I haven't had any problems with gmail that I'm aware of. Other than I dislike their new format they forced on us a while back.

I don't use jotform, but I know that gmail will sometimes incorrectly flag a mail as spam and such and it takes a few days before they realize their mistake and correct it. I have suspicion that, sometime,s their system will just not deliver email that it deems as being spam for some reason.

Been having an ongoing issue of emails such as Patreon, Rider Alerts, Weather Alerts and others going to SPAM. When I did not flag them as such. Still having the problem and cannot seem to get it to resolve.

Been having similar spam issues. Will randomly find wanted emails in spam, even when using filter that says not to.

I use GMail constantly -- I haven't noticed any issues.

Yes, but across Outlook too, which I swapped from as I felt it was unreliable. Seems to be a wide issue, annoyingly.
Do you get any error messages? If so send me the error log, I'm a computer-nerd so I should be able to fix this problem.

Yes, they are notorious for dumping emails without notice, I only know this from regular sending of emails between my various accounts and occasionally noticing that a gmail did not get the message.
