I can think of a few that fit in that description. I do get easily rustled when I see poorly/lazily drawn feet when it's supposed to be the main focus. You know, providing the artist seems to know what they're doing otherwise.

But to be fair, anime's trash so I shouldn't have my expectations too high anyway.

I’m completely with you on this one. It especially pisses me off when they have dozens of characters who run around either barefoot or in some form of open footwear. I mean why not just draw shoes if you're not go going to bother with detail, right?
