Creepy comments. What do you think of them?

Sometimes I see those icons in people's profiles:
And it makes me wonder what exactly creepy comments are and why people like/dislike them.
Personally, I think I like them. I like when people show their amazement and excitement, when they wonder what would happen next to the characters on a picture and make various guesses. I don't mind people telling how much they want to play with said characters, too.
The comments I don't like are stupid jokes and attempts to put rules of real world on fictional characters "It's too big! It cannot exist!" or "He's gonna die from that penetration!"
But what's your thought on creepy comments?

I often block and report people that make these comments
