Its more like, theres a lot i already know but havent depicted in the main story cause that particular character isnt the current focus.

Personally, I feel like we know enough about the main characters, although I've read most of the supplemental stuff too. I'm a bit more interested in seeing how their stories progress, and learning a bit more about the Hearts, but only because I can't think of a usual BDSM style that fits them.

Yeah, it would be nice to flesh out the heart faction more. Maybe I’ll do that after the fen/spade story. I still don’t know tho.
