Well shoot I was at work, I feel like I'm too late now, but may as well give my pitch anyway. Well I did note you about the concept before involving latex bees, so I'll give you the general script of what I want.

I have a couple possible ideas :3
First off, here's my refs: https://imgur.com/a/Wq3gOWB Character is a light grey and blue police wolf.

1) Cooper is exploring an old factory, based on a tip the department received. He looks around with his flashlight, finding it has been repurposed as a pet/latex factory, and was used recently. Endy watches the wolf from the shadows above, with a grin. He hits a remote and the lights turn on, followed by the whirring machines. Arms grab the wolf and place him on the conveyor belt, then lock him in place. He is put through several machines that start turning him into a pet, such as a new collar that says "property", a dildo inserted etc (sorta like this image Ive had previously http://www.furaffinity.net/view/31288351/), he is then covered in latex with the usual action boxes (chastising, gagging, forming anal usage rings) etc.
He comes off the conveyor belt and into a box, like you would find at a store, ready to be taken to be sold as a pet.

2) Cooper is the security guard for Enduring/Endium technologies, and was asked to try out a new piece of technology to assist the other guards on their duty. Its a special helmet with a visor. Later that night on his shift, someone breaks into Enduring, or Endium himself, hacks the visor and begins overriding protocols and engaging hypnosis. The visor instructs the security wolf to take HIMSELF to the latex section of the labs and begins to run the procedure on himself. He is then fully covered in latex, chastised etc and turned into a fully obedient drone. Guard V2 is ready for duty >:3

3) Whilst working security, an "error" happens in the Enduring labs database, which switches Cooper's data for that of a prisoner currently locked up in solitary. Everyone thinks that Cooper is now that prisoner. Guards rush in and try to subdue him to take him back to his sell, but he fights them off. Then Endium enters and quickly throws a special type of slave ball called a "Reconditioning Ball" that Endium uses for his prisoners and staff that have stepped out of line. The ball lands on Cooper and quickly subdues him, the latex encases him and binds him to a straightjacket position. Handlebars on the suit allow for the guards to pick the now captured Cooper up and return him to his "cell". Cooper's time remaining in his sell is 150 years, however usage of various sex toy apparatus will reduce his sentence by small amounts, such as taking a dildo all the way will take off 1 month, etc. The suit constantly reminds Cooper that he is a criminal and needs to be "re-trained" to fit better into society.. as a sex drone :3
