Planning charity donation drive for mid-August

Hey all! Right now I have a few commissions I’m working on, then when those are done a few weeks down the road, I’d like to hold a charity donation weight gain drive! I did one of these last summer, with Star Fox and Star Wolf, and it went great; I raised $288, half of which went to the New York Wolf Conservation Center, the other half of which I was able to use to purchase a Nintendo Switch (and given how much fun I’ve had with that this past year, what a great drive that was!)
As the title above explains, I’m planning on doing another, possibly even making it an annual thing. I believe, right now, I’d like to donate to the NYWCC again because wolves rule (I know by experience) but I have two questions I’d like to ask:
-What kind of charity should I donate to if not the NYWCC?
-Who should I use in this story? JT and Gemie, or media characters like Nick and Judy, Sly and Carmelita, Mordecai and Rigby? I’d like to see what would generate the most interest.
