Here is the recipe for the Red Velvet cake I made recently, plus the frosting I used on Test Cakes 2 and 3. Also, a link to the first Raspberry Scones I did. The second version of those I used the Cinnamon Scone recipe, but left out all the cinnamon. The next attempt will add white chociolate chips, as the general consensus was that they weren't quite sweet enough. :)

A note on the raspberry scones, either version- FREEZE THE DAMN BERRIES. It makes things a lot easier, and thye end up adding far less moisture to the mix!
