Fake cocky preds are always as fun for me as the actually cocky ones. Especially when their persona gets shattered.

Honestly, my preferences are very versatile. But if I were to narrow down the most important features, my favorite preds are:

- Usually male, although I don’t mind the occasional female pred
- Half monster (of any species) and half humanoid, especially in the facial structure
- Grumpy, gruff, or stoic types that come off cold or hostile at first, but have a soft spot somewhere deep down
- Muscular/bulky with a slight potbelly or musclegut

Them's some 11 outta 10's right there, homie.

I love that grump, stoic but soft beneath the hard cold surface trait, because that's such a great thing to play with for preds. (sees bugbear boi. )

And dat slight potbelly or musclegut combo is always perfection.

If I had to narrow it down, I'll say a male scalie (mostly dragon) that seems a big jerk at a first look but has a somewhat niceish side hidden deep down (and he's hammy, I love hammy preds).
For the appearance, I like big, muscular preds (if they have a blue/black/red color scheme they are perfect) with a high metabolism that leaves a barely noticeable belly behind, which will disappear quickly as he goes for his day to day routine

Hmmm. Well I prefer male preds over female preds. As for species I’m not really picky but if I absolutely had to choose a favorite or two it’d be dragontaurs and Japanese style Ogres! As for personality I ADORE preds who act mean and scary but actually have hearts of gold! It makes for a fun first encounter! ^w^ And finally body type, I like the preds to be fit but still have bit of a paunch to them from how much they tend to eat. Pudgy, soft bellies are so much better to lay on than firm ones!

Now that is a good question... I like all kinds of pred species: with snakes, nagas, ogres, driders, insectoids, slimes, and anything exotic being the top ones. I generally prefer female preds, but I don't mind the occasional male pred. I like preds that dominant, who like to tease their prey: yet at the same time are very gentle with their meals, taking their time with eating. I love preds that are at least twice the size of their prey and have a fair amount to pudge for the prey to be buried under once they are inside (And to tease with while the prey is outside). Barely noticeable bulges with active, noisy, slimy insides and slow digestion are the icing on the cake.

Species: ogres, minotaurs, demons, oni. All male. All anthromorphic or humanoid but still clearly a monster. I
Personality type: dominant and with poor table manners but not overly so (no major demeaning or the "alpha male" stereotype). Basically preds that clearly know they are at the top of the food chain but don't take every opportunity to remind you of it. They let their physique make that statement instead
Body type: gruff, muscle gut, tall and large. Something that really invokes a size difference. I don't like them to be so fat that you can't notice struggles. Soft guts are a must for me as well, especially post-digestion.

Small/twinky shy boyo with a massive appetite that doesn’t want to eat people, but inevitably succumbs because of the urges and the encouragement from his horny bf with a vore fetish.

A bit specific I know

Cheshire. (pauses) That's...literally what I made him to be. My most ideal pred. In terms of species (felines, in general, take top marks for me), personality, and...at least to an extent body type. Because I like all kinds of different body types; its just that the cat I envisioned was a fat one. And so are most of my other preds. I like 'em chunky, and I have no shame there.

Well, favorite types of preds for me are reptillian, male or female, with a personality of being voracious, powerful, and a bit silly, and having a body of a musclegut or at least a a big belly with a big body.

My very favorite is really rather specific but here goes.

Species: Always male, reptilian (can be a dragon, a T-rex, a lizard, a reptilian kaiju, or a crocodile/alligator)
Personality Type: Always extremely dominant and tyrannical, lording his physical strength over others, hostile and a very real danger to every living thing around him, exactly as villainous as he first appears (can be smart or dumb; personality preferences follow one of two archetypes: can be gruff, aloof and reserved except when you make him angry, in which case, mass destruction and death is absolutely certain to follow, going full ham all the while OR bloodthirsty, absolutely insatiable in terms of hunger, perhaps sexually voracious as well, and perversely enjoying every last moment of being an obese, savage alpha predator, always hammy all the time, and NEVER SUBTLE)
Body Type: Absolutely massive, with a shape comparable to that of a sumo wrestler, but surpassing even that in sheer size, invariably taller and wider than any human. A musclegut in the truest sense of the word, his body is a mixture of muscle and fat, with the heavy layer of fat adding onto the already-colossal muscle mass. But his belly and torso is the single biggest thing about him, and though it does NOT get big enough for him to be an immobile blob, it's massive enough that if someone were to try to deal damage to his stomach, he'd just laugh it off. It also contributes to his already-superhuman strength. After all, strength comes from your core. It's also big enough to fit multiple people in it as well, after he's done rending their flesh apart with his fangs, claws, and tail. Think Kraid from Metroid, King K. Rool, Giran from DragonBall, a lot of  reagan700's fat characters, a couple of  canson's sketches, or even  ArisenDrake's scalesona, and you'll get the general idea of what I mean. Ventral plating and firebreathing are optional.

There's a reason Reagan700 and ArisenDrake are a couple of my favorite artists on this site, after all.
