We got word back on the house, but we're still playing the waiting game.

The seller agreed to the new appraisal price, but is being stupidly stubborn on the front of repairs.

Because of what we're going with for the loan, unless the fence is repaired and the pane on the cracked window is replaced, we can't get the loan.

The seller is, so far, refusing to do the repairs.

So... we're still playing the waiting game. At least we're a step closer, but it could all fall down if the seller doesn't want to do the repairs.

We'd do them ourselves, if we were given the ok, but it's a wierd triangle of "NO" going on right now. It would be like going to somebody's house that you just met, and had no plans of meeting again, and replacing their refridgerator with something new. Just.. not gonna work.


So.. keep your fingers crossed for us. Hopefully, we'll get some sort of information soon.
