Gallery Updates, Discord, And Other Things

This is your host, bringing you another Southern Isles broadcast...
So, first off, I am working to be more communicative, I said that last time, And part of that is writing more journal entries. At least, that's a part of it. And I have plenty of things to go over this time around,
One of the first and biggest things is that I've created a fairly quiet chatroom to talk, share art, and discuss whatever you feel like! If that sounds like a server you'd like to join, the link is here: https://discord.gg/3vUeSzW
Like I said, it's a fairly quiet server but we have people there and I'm fairly active. I look forward to seeing you there!
Now for what is arguably the meat of this update:
A lot of my older stories are written in a strange, novel format with line breaks instead of paragraph breaks and weird things like that. I'm going to slowly be updating the old ones to fix my writing style to the style I use now. Very often I will not be changing most stories beyond a few reworked sentences.
In addition I'll be updating each description noting the day of the change. Though a while ago, Blackstar Station is the first one to receive the updates, and, as I saw the chance, I updated a sentence to reference forward to its sequel.
Like I said, this isn't going to be major reworkings of entire stories, and it's a side project as I try to put stories out more consistently.
Which allows me to bring up the last point I intend to cover.
Those that read my last two stories, Heaven's Drone and Hotel Voyeur, may have noticed that I've made the swap to PDF format. Now, there is a reason for this.
My previous stories were written on a different text processor, and the quotation marks, as well as other bits of grammar, adhered to Plain Text, which is what all of my other stories have been written in. The new text processor I use does not use Plain Text compatible quotations.
This would mean to make a story written on the new one compatible with plain text, I would need to manually go through and replace each quotation mark and apostrophe with the plain text compatible version. For small shorts, this would be an inconvenience, for something like Voyeur, the enormity of the story (and amount of dialogue) makes such a thing totally unfeasible.
However, some people like plain text, and I still use the old processor, so there's going to be a mix of styles. New stories written on the new processor will be done as a PDF, older stories and ones written on the old processor will be plain text. I don't expect to stop using the older processor in the future, but it will become less frequent as time goes on, I hope.
Finally, posting stories more often. I am trying, very hard. I recently had a bout of burnout and have been working to recover from that. I'm back on track and hope to be posting stuff with some semblance of frequency quite soon.
Thank you all for supporting me, no matter how long you've been here. It really means a lot to me.
