no hes not black if thats what you mean :P but yes he can easily prove he was in NC at the time. He has his entire staff at his dealership who can vouch for him. Its the frustration and aggravation of knowing that hes innocent and having to deal with the possibility of being extradited halfway across the country only for them to say "oops our bad". That and it was his first day on the job at the Land Rover dealership here in Vegas and the arrested him there ;_; its just not right

In either case, if you want a Texas Ranger to intervene and say "Put him back," I could try to have that arranged.

TR's have jurisdiction WORLDWIDE.

Because Texas still retains the right to secede from the US and become it's own country, Texas can get what it wants, because a lot of stuff comes from Texas that the US as a whole needs (oil, gas, food, etc). IE, TR's can run around the US and kill someone, and go "I did it because I was bored," and get away with it, because somewhere, there's some clause stating that TR's are the highest form of policing, even over FBI and TSA and CIA. Putting that into a bigger perspective, TR's can run into a random country and kill someone, and go "He was a threat to the US," and not be questioned for his actions for the same reasons above.

I have no idea, apparently it was a charge filed in May and he was never notified, and the only reason they found him here was because he went to the DMV to get a background check done for his job.
