Possibly taking a break from the fandom

I think it is getting close to me taking a break from being a furry and the fandom.
I have been around for around 14 years now, I have had a lot of good times, but more so recently I have been through a lot of shit. I feel often that I trust the wrong people, that I try to care and be there for people to be used and dropped when it suits them. Unfortunately this last month has been one hell of a negative experience for me.
I won't cancel on any artists and will get completed the ones that I already paid for, or planned out, but after that I think I am done for a while.

But yeah, it’s perfectly understandable. Especially considering how toxic the fandom is.

One thing that a lot of people get wrong is that it's not a fandom thing, it's a people thing.
And the ones that usually make us feel the worse are often, unfortunately, the ones we trust the most.
Then again, everyone needs a break. Do too much of the same thing for too long, you start to get a distaste for that thing, even if there's nothing wrong with it.

In harsh reality, this fandom is one that needs to have breaks taken from now and then because it's so strainful on mental health with how toxic a lot of the community can be/is.
I'll miss seeing sexy Oryn but I know it's best for your health ^_^..
I know I've been busy and quite with my newborn but, I hope we can stay in touch somehow cause I really enjoyed your company and felt like we got along well!
