Hmmm, that's a tricky thing to respond to there. (I had a different comment here but I wanted to give this a more well thought out answer.) I am quietly embracing the idea of being part of this community more and more, but that isn't why I removed it really. I actually removed a lot more. I figure being less wordy is a better idea. The less I say the more people just enjoy the art. Furry will always be an iffy thing for me as there are things that happen in this fandom that just make me cringe. I am a person with who has always had one foot firmly planted in the real world, but I go and play here and in others. Furry isn't like any other fandom as most people like to say. I've been around it for decades now and I can say that furry can attract some rather unsavory characters and that these unsavory characters are often the voices that the world at large hears and judges furries by. But that said, there are good things too that keep me involved and things that I really enjoy. The thing that I find the hardest though is just how many furries tell me I'm a furry and tell me to just admit it, like it's some sort of sexual identity that I'm closeting or something. That makes me extremely angry and uncomfortable and that was why I had that disclaimer up for so long. As I have gotten older and become more self-confident I realize that I do not have to justify myself and so felt that a lot of things I have had in place as a way of self protection could just not be said and I could just expect to be treated with respect. Like, somethings just shouldn't have to be said LOL. So I took a lot down and decided to make my profile more fun XD
