Some news for commissioners on updating order rules

We realized that our rules for our health are very destructive. We looked at the rules of the commissions of many artists and decided to follow their example. Therefore, we remove the rule "Refund of money.
ONLY IF ON THE CONDITION - a month later, as your order was approved, the work did not go beyond 20% without good reason from us" from the list. This doesn't mean that we'll be negligent in our artwork! Just let us have a little more rest... *rubbing sore backs* Now we'll refund money only in the case of silence on our part for half a year or if we realize that can't fulfill the order. Because when a month passes from the moment of payment, with a large "To-Do" list, we simply can’t physically finish the artwork, bypassing those who paid earlier. But we'll continue to try very hard and will not disappoint you, sorry and thank you!
