The weirdness comes from when you have a more bestial burd and give it tits, thats weird.

honestly if you have some weird monster bird then it's gotta have tits is the thing

I'm just saying if your bird is like a normal bird, then it should probably have that anatomy, but if its shaped like a person then you can do whatever you feel like cause your getting into alien territory.
My kobolds are mammals, in my world, scaled mammals, so boobs yes, they also lay eggs, monotremes. Its fun to figure out why things are as they are in fantasy, it doesn't always have to make sense.
If your getting into weird monster stuff though, then sure, slap some boobs on there. Go for it!

*heh* Don't get me started on giving non-mammals mammal bits. Please remember there's only one hole "down there" and a total absence of milk-makers on birds and lizards.
