Laptop cooling pad?

Anyone have any good experiences with a few? The one that I am currently using isn't really made for running heavy programs so my laptop gets kinda hot after a little while.

Just wondering if anyone has one that they really like or works really well during gaming or drawing.

Mine is one that has double fans and it works good but I can tell while i'm drawing or gaming it starts to get too hot for it to handle.
