What the heck
I really don't know what is wrong with me today.... I am super weak, exhausted, tired, sleepy, drained, and my arms and legs are shaking..... I hope it's not because of this heat.... I worked Monday through Saturday, in the sun for 9 hours each day, and then this morning instead of sleeping in, I woke up early at 6am and cut grass in the heat until 9:30am, having to use a push mower and a weed eater for the yard, and now I can barely get out of bed.... I've never felt so tired and drained in my life and I literally just woke up from my THIRD time sleeping today... And still I'm really tired....
I hate coffee, but I think it's best that I give it a try because I have a commission that I really want to get started on.
Monster energy drinks doesn't work for me, well it works for an hour then after that it makes me feel even more tired and exhausted... Red bull, for the first time I took a try at red bull Friday, and honestly it tasted really good to me. And it did sort of help me gain a bit of energy...
Does anyone recommend coffee over energy drinks? Hopefully none of these products makes me even more Shakey..... I'm overworking myself to death

You might need to find some way to help you relax. I know you're out in the sun a lot from what you've just said, but maybe taking a walk and having some fresh air with no stress might help? Or maybe chilling with some soft music? Anything that would help ease your stress and give you a more fulfilling rest.
Try to get and make yourself three solid meals, full meals, meals that make you feel like you have the energy, and I can recommend some if you want some help that can run on a low budget. You should also get yourself a bottle of multi-vitamin and a bottle of 500mg Vitamin C tablets. You take 1 multi-vitamin and 1 500mg Vitamin C daily, preferably with a meal in the morning (or whenever you get up), and make sure it's with your meal. That will give your body a boost to get going. Water is your friend to stay hydrated. If you need help, you know you can message me. I'm willing to help in any way I can.
Energy drinks and coffee at your age will destroy your body form the inside out. The multi-vitamin can help with boosting your immunity, and provide help with your energy levels that don't require pumping your body full of sugar and caffeine and all the other crap they chemically charge into energy drinks. I used to drink them religiously myself, but there was a point where my body finally started rejecting it. It'll make you seriously ill.
I wish I could help you more than what I have been able to, but you know where I am on Telegram if you want or need to chat.
I regularly work in 90+ degree temps running a flatbed truck and in my experience water doesn't help as well just cause it has nothing in it. But if you only have water then keep drinking it.
And my best advice is when you are working in the heat and you feel too warm just stop and get in the shade. Even if you are 99% done just take a break. It's not worth overheating over.
