Looks like the storm is finally pushing away from us after a day or two stall over Grand Bahama. I have heard from family members who said they are safe but there is extensive damage :(
Conditions were pretty bad through the night here but they seem to have calmed down abit again. Hopefully it is the last of it.
I can say that we are in the clear now thankfully. Thank you all for checking up on me during this time <3 Please check up on  zuhra as well as she is experiencing the same as me.

Everything is fine where I am at with minor wind and rain but expected to intensify in the next few hours. However, I cannot say much for the northern islands, Abaco and Grand Bahama being pounded by Category 5 Dorian :( The eye is over Abaco at the moment. Just hope nobody gets hurt as I have family on those islands. Will continue to keep you posted.

So not sure if much people have been paying attention to the weather lately but we are under a threat from Hurricane Dorian which is to the East of us at the moment traveling in a North west direction. It has been projected to graze our island but the northern islands will be impacted more. However, this projection could potentially change within the next few hours as it could shift more westward and plow straight through our island. So we’ve been preparing for the most part Incase! Wish us luck!
