Keep in mind that we had two other bugs with diapers where a shopkeeper would think you couldn't carry anymore of that type or a diapers not getting removed off your inventory when used up. This is due to an oversight on my part with the new menu and shopkeeper and will get corrected shortly since the RC is getting rejected over these bugs.
