So I wanted to make a more serious update about things. I know lately ive been rather up and down so ill lay my cards on the table.

Since early April up until Late July Ive been using precipitation painkillers containing Codine. After a while I became addicted to them causing me to feel ill without them. About 3 weeks ago I went to see my GP and told them what was going on and go put on a drug abuse course. Im coming up to my fourth week now going cold turkey and its not be easy but its the most effect way of dealing with the problem. Ive been attending group meetings and seeing professional help. Ive also consoled in close friends and not so close friends who have been a rock to me. I am grateful to everyone for their support though this shitty time.

Im sorry to everyone who ive let down, Im sorry to everyone who i might have upset or drifted from. Im going to work on myself the best I can, i just need time and understanding. Thank you all for all your support over the years and I hope next time I make one of these updates it'll be on a more positive note.
