So one of my online friends is turning 18 at the end of October, and my BF and I REALLY want to celebrate with them irl. They only live an hour or so away, but it's across state lines and their parents don't want to seem to help him get here to spend the weekend with us. Maybe they're a bit scared to let their kid spend a whole weekend with friends in another state? I don't know. Either way we really want to try to get them here.
