Sega Rally 2 compatibilty issue

The only emulator I managed to play properly was DeMul because of Compatibility with Windows CE, but a youtbuter that was comparing version on Sega Rally Championship rumoured the game is playable in Retroarch with latest Flycast core, I chose the WinCE one, then the emulator crashes.
