So those of you who have followed a lot of my art for any amount of time are probably aware that Silvie and all my other characters (and my husband  robertvarulfur's characters, also) have a canonical universe/story and then my modern AU where they are more self-representative fursonas. I've described the backstories a bit in ref sheets or one-off drawings, but it's never been written anywhere.

I'm a professional technical writer/editor, but haven't given fiction writing a try in a loooooong time and have been feeling the itch since a few of my co-workers have been published. I don't expect to be great at it (I am a nonfiction writer for a reason lol) but it might be fun!

If I write up the story in chapters or slice-of-life one-shots, would any of y'all be interested in reading it? It will be primarily a romantic medieval fantasy starring Silvie and Robert, along with their albino bat friends and other minor characters. Silvie will be a little bit of a mary sue just because some of the stories will likely be based on myself and Robert's actual stories (the reason Silvie was a were-bat was because I got attacked by a bat on our first date), but who cares since this won't likely ever be more than cutesy little stories haha.
